Kamisama ni Natta Hi

So this story was about a girl called Sato Hina (Japanese way) having a disease called Locus disease. Her adopted grandfather inserted a program in her to make her normal again, but as he passed away she spent time with a boy all summer until she was taken away. We she was taken away the program was removed from her head and she went back to being her self before she was normal, all the memories were inside the program and not in her mind. But miraculously she remembered him on the last day.
