truly a very hard movie to digest. i never want to forget any part of this anime. what's also horrifying apart from the horrors of war depicted is that this is seen through the eyes of a young, brave and mischievous boy (most of the events are based on the mangaka's personal experiences) the story is a little inconsistent but that does not really matter here. the message was very very clear and i hope this is realized by everyone. in short, my feelings are fucked read more
