GOD tier quality, failed in the anime industry

the story remains a mystery for all of us, the project started as kickstarted because they didn't want to be limited in idea and creativity but sadly this backfired to them, the project cost a lot" I will explain why in ANIMATION section" and they didn't make it, but I have to say the story looks good in OVA and It was promising

GOD tier work, costs a lot of money

The perfect GOD tier animation with no hiccups, no missing frames, without any reference from anime or navel, the quality is so good that you can compare it to "FATE/Heaven's feel" and you have to consider it was made before FATE masterpiece, the movement of their body, recoil of guns, body anatomy is like SO real that as an amateur animator I fell in love with each frame, but that's exactly why this anime cost a lot and failed but if I compare it to other works it was not that expensive but considering the anime was Kickstarter and fundraised it would fall short in budget sooner or later, I wonder why they didn't reach out to any studios they could collab or even get a sponsor or something, such a shame for a beautiful work that anime industry killed it!

Gun sound, environment sounds, VA, everything was perfect, I don't know how they did but they nailed it

Perfect and unique

One of the problems in the anime and animation industry is the reference for real-life anatomy is a little exaggerated and developing the character is really challenging, but I have to say they did a perfect job in "under the dog", the soldiers with guns and equipment, the girls and the boys all of them were heavily worked on that it made this anime look so good

I rather watch this than boring action movies made in Hollywood

I really felt sad that I learned this project is dead, it's pretty rare to see some good quality action anime, it's pretty rare for me to get hooked to actions sci-fi anime, most of the action anime is boring designs are weird but under the dog showed everyone what they are capable of and still, we won't get to see a sequel, I hope one they somehow they manage to revive the project, but as a fan, someone who love anime, and an amateur animator I feel really really sad that it's the end of the story for them
