in a world of reboots, remakes, reimaginings, revivals, and all the other re's, a movie like spiral: from the book of saw is going to draw a lot of skepticism right off the bat. we sawvivors (thanks to joe lipsett for putting that term for saw fans in my mind) tend to be pretty passionate about our franchise, and it's seen both some highs and some deep, deep lows (hello, saw 3d and saw v). we're protective of this twisty, gory film series and the idea of bringing it back yet again after jigsaw was at best merely "okay" isn't something we're going to just accept without reservations. and yet,... read more

oh chris, i'm so sorry. but that bitch jenny didnot give your nigger forrest the aids. cause there actually was a sequel written... yeah, "written" like in "writing a book". they just didn't make a movie out of this second one. quite funny, ay+?!?!/'? okay, shit aside... i still don't know why it needed the saw-connection or reference cause the explanation of the killer ("jigsaw was right when he said...") could also have been "karl marx was right when..." or "grampa simpson was right when he said..." - know what i mean?? and the second the end credits kicked in the choice of this song was... read more
