Sometimes it feels like a cheap action movie. With all of those cheesy one-liners and stuff. Sometimes it feels like a cheap John Wick rip-off. And yet... there's a lot of good here. Like... A LOT.

Sure, it's a pretty basic story about "good" guy fighting the baddies, but it's surprisingly rich, satisfying and comes with a really nice cast. Seriously, Bob Odenkirk doing John Wick thing together with Christopher Lloyd (yes, for real)? And Aleksey Serebryakov playing the villain? It's just way too cool.

Love Bob Odenkirk as Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman. This is a huge departure from that role; a John Wick style character from the writer Derek Kolstad of that franchise. It works extraordinarily well from the scene on the bus through to the final battle, the violent action comes thick and fast, is entertaining and filmed in the wide-shot style of John Wick. Christopher Lloyd (who is a legend in his own right) is magnificent as the father.
