on the venn diagram of movies there isn't many that cover both my wife and i. lord of the rings is one of the few. take shelter is that rare gem that i can confidently turn around to her and say "you need to see this." i straight up adored this, from start to finish. the final shot is pitched so perfectly that i wanted to cry with joy. read more
