the problem with a lot of comics based movies is that there's a wealth of awesome stories but they just won't fit into a movie. this film is further proof of that. wolverine's journey to japan is one such arc that is beloved by many but to do it justice you'd need a highly expensive tv mini-series. something i doubt will happen. it's a shame as there is a lot of promise here and there's shades of a gory wolverine film at times. i'm not alone in hoping for an r rated wolverine film. i think it could be one of the few times i'd accept the release of a toned down version theatrically. as long as... read more

The Wolverine is a tone-deaf disaster of a movie... which also happens to be a follow up to a far larger disaster, making it seem great in comparison. How convenient. read more
