The Fault in Our Stars

the fault in our stars was a solid film. it was pretty much what you'd expect from a young adult rom-dram. the acting was definitely well-done, and the characters were very likable and expressed very individually and convincingly. however, the story, in my opinion, was a bit predictable, and the end left me wanting more. this is not to say that the movie ended poorly, or that it did not wrap things up, but, rather i felt like i knew what was going to happen one step ahead at any given moment in the film. one of the things i loved most about the movie were the metaphorical and philosophical... read more

Very sweet movie about a teenagers who have various terminal or serious illnesses,when I say sweet I mean its not all doom and gloom.It's about relationships and how it the illnesses affect everyone.The two main leads of Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort are very good.Willem Dafoe even appears in a pivotal role.One of the best of the year in my opinion. read more
