every time i rewatch a woody allen movie i like it more than the last time as is the case with magic in the moonlight. sometimes i like it a lot more; this time just a smidgen as i liked it a lot the first time around. this is a light, sweet, romantic and funny movie about magican's psychic's, god, life and most of all magic. i was hooked from the beginning and didn't want to end when it was over. colin firth is great as always. emma stone is as radiant as a sunny summer's day (and also gives a great performance and the rest of the cast is solid as well. the sets, the costumes and the make-up... read
