adequate sequel to the action terror disaster genre. a tale of revenge and unflinching dedication to causes, good or bad. the helicopter skirmishes were exciting, and the monumental destruction of british landmarks were quite earth-shaking. no complaints about the movie or outcome, whether or not it came with a 70-pound trout. read more

i was a big fan of the first film in this series. it's not for note rip-off of die hard was done with great style and was very enjoyable. so of course i had to see this one. this one was fun, action packed and exactly what i expected. it was also not anywhere as good as the first one and was more like a straight to video sequel that should of starred a wwe star in replacement of butler but instead had better than average production values and the full surviving cast from the first film returning. i also could of done without the 'i have a family now and i need to retire' subplot. it's an read more

the only reason this is not a disaster of a movie, is the last scene, which genuinily had a lot of interesting action, camera work, and the cgi didnt looked obnoxious. the villain is cliche, the heroe is cliche, everything is cliche, predictable and well bad, but the action is entertaining at points and well the last scene was really good, at points. read more
