judging them completely on their own, these missing pieces are great. most of them are fun yet relatively pointless scenes with the great david lynch humor that's more in common with the tv shows than fire walk with me. some of these scenes, though, should not have been missing pieces. basically: - everything with bowie - scenes showing how laura's family used to be normal - spirit meeting with the arm and bob - laura staring at the fan these are all practically essential and would greatly benefit fire walk with me were they included. however, there's nothing that could be done on that front,... read more

adding these deleted scenes to my private dissertation about laura and donna's relationship and how you can clearly read it as a tragic love story, wrapped in a lot of compulsory heterosexuality and repression. i'm just saying a 2x4 sometimes isn't 2x4 ya know? read more

Really cool extended, deleted scenes from Fire Walk With Me that add some context and greater understanding on some of the things going on during the movie. I understand why most of these scenes were cut, but that one scene where Larua was under the ceiling fan...come on David Lynch, why'd you do that???? read more
