a well-made documentary about a tricky subject, deep web takes the many complexities about the deep web and silk road and boils them down in an effective if somewhat muddled way that initiates to the whole thing can understand. alex winter has a much more complex topic to cover than he did with the napster documentary downloaded and rises ably to the challenge. it's likely that some will be disappointed by this film based on the title, because it doesn't delve as deep into the idea of deep web/dark web culture as they might expect. instead it follows the rise of the dark web drug-selling site... read more
