this was, quite frankly, one of the worst films i have ever seen. there was no plot, there were no interesting characters, it wasn't well shot, the audio was clearly recorded in a studio and poorly dubbed, and it was poorly paced. essentially it was three hours of a tmz reporter aimlessly wandering through rome trying to fuck anybody with a pulse. i kept waiting for these dull vignettes to come together into a coherent story or have some sort of a-ha moment, but it never came. this was my first introduction to fellini, so maybe his work just isn't for me. but with every other "great" film, i... read more
