(spanish review below) if the whole movie was like the last 5 to 10 minutes (acted, photographed, etc) it would be great. in case it's not clear, the ending certainly seemed like the best part to me. the rest is fine, just not as good as the ending, i liked the performances of richard gere and edward norton, and overall the rest of the cast is very well put together. the pacing of the film is also fine, the way rushman's crimes are slowly revealed and roy/aaron's mask is cracking also seems good to me. however, i don't know why i feel like the movie lacks something 90% of the time, something that i could say really grabbed me, and it's not until the end with the plot twist that that something like this shows up, but by then the movie is almost over already, so that resource is almost unusable. so, from a technical side it's very good, but again, i would have liked the tension of the ending to be a main feature of the whole movie, not just those excellent minutes. ----------------------------------------------------- si toda la película fuera como los últimos 5 a 10 minutos (actuada, fotografiada, etc) sería grandiosa. por si no está claro, el final sin duda me pareció la mejor parte. el resto está bien, solo que no es tan bueno como el final, me gustaron las actuaciones de richard gere y edward norton, y en general el resto del reparto está muy bien armado. el ritmo de la película también está bien, la forma en la que los crímenes de rushman se van revelando poco a poco y la máscara de roy/aaron se va resquebrajando también me parece buena. sin embargo, no se por qué siento que a la película le falta algo el 90% del tiempo, algo que pudiera sentir que me atrapó realmente, y no es hasta el final con el plot twist que ese algo aparece, pero para entonces la película ya se va a terminar, así que eso casi no se puede aprovechar. así que, desde un lado técnico está muy bien, pero una vez más, me hubiera gustado que la tensión del final fuera una característica principal de toda la película, no solo de esos excelentes minutos. 7.7/10
