movie about soldiers just trying to survive, it doesnt needed any dialogue or characters, it delivers quite well with just visuals. you wont see any german soldiers during most of the movie and thats what modern warfare is. i understand why it doesnt have any characters as modern warfare is characterless, i read/heard somewhere that modern warfare has no conqueror but only victims and survivors. if you were looking for something in the line of apocalypse now, you would definitely be disappointed. other then a couple of things it has no surprises no twists or turns and no deep complex read
