i loved this movie as a kid. i saw it in theatres and have had fond recollections of it ever since. i have seen it a few times since then too. i remember the awesome bear actors, i remember the bear tripping out on magic mushrooms and i remember tcheky karyo (from my later rewtaches as i became a big fan of his). so i just watched it again and the bear stuff is just amazing. the footage and performances from these animals is nothing short of amazing. how did they get the animals to do all this stuff that they do and most importantly how did some of this stuff not be considered 'animal abuse'.... read more
