i'm aware how much of a mixed bag the franchise is overall but this is such an fun movie with some touching moments and jokes that i quite enjoyed that i wasn't expecting before i started my screening of this. it had such a rocky production history behind it and while i would love to hear all about dan povenmire's script i'm so glad this was fairly enjoyable unlike many other rewrites animated films (likes of the good dinosaur,escape from planet earth to name a few) the voice cast changes took a while to get used to but i didn't expect to love gina rodriguez's casting as velma while the rest... read more
