Wanted to play some Ghostbusters games, so... thought that I might as well re-watch the movies. Especially since I didn't watch Ghostbusters II since VHS times and even then I'm pretty sure I was interrupted often. Well, what can I say... Ghostbusters were one of those things that inspired a lot of stuff. The original idea was so good that it didn't need to be a good movie. The sequel wasn't as bad as some others, though. I mean, The Fly II,

i've always thought this movie was judged too harshly. it's almost inevitable i suppose. i think audiences now are catching on to the fact that in some people's minds, there will probably never be anything that lives up to the original ghostbusters. there certainly are a lot of ways to ruin the recipe that makes that delicious confection. ghostbusters ii doesn't ruin it though...it just makes a different pastry with sprinkles and cream and chocolate and berries... it's a flavor explosion is what i'm saying. rewatching this in 2020 on its own (oh snap, now i've got the bobby brown song in my... read more

Wasn't a huge fan of the original and this one was less entertaining. The public was let down when it came out, it got worse when they feminized it decades later. Hollywood🤦‍♂️ read more
