Justice League Dark

i'm more of a swamp thing fan than a constantine fan, so jl:dark had its pros and cons for me. on one hand, it was a lot of fun. energetic, full of action, and a welcome change of pace from the usual dc animated fare. magic and demons instead of cyborgs and mob bosses. wands, portals, teleporting houses. the works. it's all there. yet, swamp thing has a glorified cameo, with his total screentime adding up to barely 90 seconds or so. but constantine was a lot of fun to watch. having batman as an audience anchor was also an absolute delight. he is the catalyst that brought this rag tag team of... read more
