what with neo having done the trademark bruce lee nose thing i decided it was time to actually watch a bruce lee film all the way through. i'd only ever seen clips and the beginning of game of death. i knew more about bruce lee from parodies than from seeing his actual films. having watched this i will now rectify it. all the squeals, screams and shouts are real but, somehow, magnificent! the picture quality is hokey, john saxon looks out of place, the props are shit. i loved it. read more

finally shelled out for the 40th anniversary blu-ray set, and by god was it worth it. the remaster looks fantastic, and the special features are great. on top of that, it comes with a pack of neat little stuff, like an enter the dragon iron-on patch, some postcard stills, etc etc. did i mention that the case for all of this is frickin' scented? anywho, what can i say about enter the dragon i haven't said a hundred times? i love this movie, i love the stories behind it, and it's undeniably the best thing lee has ever done. read more
