i wanted to like this but boy did it suck. the first story was fun, the second half as good and the third was just fucking awful. stephen king wrote this? james woods was the best part and even he wasn't very good but bad james woods is still better than no james woods. if you do watch this, and i implore you not to) then please turn it off after the fall from the building. if you watch any further then it will ruin a film that isn't great or even good but is oscar worthy when compared to the last third. plus the music is god awful and the ray stevens song cat's eye is cringe worthy icing on... read

i was feeling a bit down due to exhaustion today, so this was exactly what the doctor ordered. even though i had trouble with the cruel attitudes of some of the characters towards cats, they're always portrayed as antagonistic which is v true 2 life imo. just three really strong, atmospheric, darkly comedic stories. hands down my favorite anthology yet. read

birth year challenge watched this on blu-ray. i didn't expect this to be an anthology film, but it's pretty good. each story in this movie is about 30 minutes, and the best one was the second story. this was also decently funny and featured some pretty lulzy 80's music and covers. read

The first one was okay because James Woods. The second was just awful. And the third was easily the best part, I loved the design of the "gnome" and it was at least a bit fun, but I still didn't love it. read

Quitters Inc involves a man (James Woods) who approaches a company to help him quit smoking but finds that their methods are very unorthodox but effective. The Ledge stars Robert Hays as a man forced to negotiate a six inch ledge around a high building as a wager, and finally a very young Drew Barrymore plays a little girl convinced that a... read
