only thing missing was the rolling stones' "connection" or pink floyd's "time" as the main theme. so... what can i say? for what it is, it's a very over-the-top movie (it literally begins with an explosion), but it has its charms. it's a bit like back to the future, but with cops. by itself, it does everything competently, without breaking any new ground (except for the special effects, for 2000 they still hold up pretty well), and as a result most of it isn't very memorable. the plot is ok, the soundtrack is ok, the photography is ok (although sometimes it runs around doing its own things),... read more
