there's something inherently wrong with your film when the end credits sequence, consisting of unoriginal footage, is the best part. there's one scene i really love in this, but for the most part, this is a huge bore. for the entirety of the film, the story consists of uninteresting characters as they try to solve an uninteresting mystery. freddy doesn't even make his big appearance until halfway through the movie. while there are a couple fun moments with him, it's not nearly enough to save the sinking boat of a film. with every entry into the franchise, krueger's story is fleshed out more... read more
