i was hoping john boorman was the one to help me get over my disinterest in sword & (not enough) sorcery movies, but an hour in i started playing downwell so i guess not. almost had me by making everyone act like an insane person which is the only right way to depict the middle ages, until i realized there was still another hour to go and the barbarian brothers were 99% not going to show up so my attention span said fuck you i'm outta here. pretty good movie, probably? read more
