Sadly, not nearly at the level of the first film. I do really like the opening and the fighting is great (although still lesser than the first), but the political conspiracy story just didn't work for me. Normally I love movies revolving around a conspiracy, especially political, but for whatever reason it really felt out of place and just poorly plotted.
