2018 catch-up 4/ call me jealous, but i kind of admire the fact that the cast members have fun with any shit script thrown their way and make millions of dollars with it. but that doesn't make this a good movie. rob riggle is likeable and entertaining. a couple jokes have potential and would actually be funny if executed properly... but they're not. the cast is annoying and clearly doesn't give a shit about what they're doing. i can't think of a script that has had me less uninvested. continuity errors aplenty. visually boring. no jokes land, which is odd for a comedy. the sequence of events... read
to be perfectly honest i knew that night school wasn't for me when i sat down with the missus to watch this, and i was proven right within the first 10 minutes. i'm not particularly fond of this brand of comedy. i can't help feeling embarrassed on the characters behalf, and i hate that. i do, however, approve of the message behind all the stupid shit. shedding light on learning disabilities is a good thing. anyway...as i said, i'm not a fan. didn't find it particularly funny and in my opinion, that's the whole point of a comedy. try it if you dare, but i would recommend just staying away...... read
