This movie could of been so much better. This genre is pretty well exhausted so kudos to the makers for the idea of two girls trapped in a pool overnight after the owner accidently turns on the fibreglass cover unknowing that they are still in the pool. Too many clichés here and the movie becomes rather silly. Tobin Bell of "Saw" fame is advertised as being in this but a word of warning for fans is that he has probably 10 mins only of screen time. Its a nice quick movie to watch though if you have 85 mins to kill. read more

Supposedly based 'loosely' on real life events, 12 Feet Deep is about two sisters who find themselves trapped under the fibreglass cover of a public swimming pool over a holiday weekend. The life choices of each sister has led them to have very opposing lives. Whereas Bree has a great job and doting fiancé, Johanna is trying to rebuild her destroyed life from the perils of addiction and subsequent rehab. Despite being so different, they must work together to overcome their predicament and when the cleaning lady appears it would seem their ordeal is over. Far from it, as the help is not read more
