shocking but beautiful surreal but grounded this film is a mix of my worst nightmares but also a wacky comedy like what tends to wake me up. i was so distressed near the beginning relating to dani as somebody on the autism spectrum to the point of tears and dread for the rest of the film. i'm a bit iffy on the disabled themes in the film, makes sense in the film's universe itself thought. even better than his debut which was one of my favorites alone wirh many others in the film community. the credits song works fine but his more modern work would fit the film more so. read
