hoop-tober 2.0: film 10 *********************************************************************** here is another rare and somewhat hard to find early film from george a. romero. found on the double billed dvd with there's always vanilla, it is another film that is not really a horror film but has a few elements witch makes it more horror than vanilla. even though it is more of a horror (and i love horror) i found it to be a worse movie than it's always vanilla. not much happens throughout the runtime and it only really pics up in the last 15 minutes or so. throughout the rest of the picture... read

52 years in 52 weeks 1972 film school drop outs 2018 week 26 - movement - feminist film movement (1970s) watched this on blu-ray from the arrow video romero boxset. i couldn't really get into this. the first 7.5 minutes had way too many cuts, and i dislike movie openings like that. this movie afterwards was pretty dull. i appreciate these kinds of movies, but i just was not feeling it here. read
