most of what i find fascinating about this movie can be summed up by explaining what it is about: karen black aka auntie lee sends her 4 (and 1 adult baby) playmate nieces off to lure men back to the bakery and turn them into meat pies. the direction is about what you can expect from someone who otherwise only did porn (static), but things do get a little psychotronic once the movie shifts into rock & roll nightmare mode. just strange enough to keep your interest. read more
