genre list - courtroom dramas favourite writers - aaron sorkin the trial of the chicago 7: what a bloody mess that was ... not the film but the trial. i didnt know anything of this story and after watching the film its hard to believe something like this happened. stand out performances by sacha baron cohen, jgl and frank langella. it didnt have the quick repertoire of a normal sorkin script, which is ok, as it was still sharp and precise. is it his best, perhaps not but its close. it was slightly choppy at times in its editing when trying to tell the story, which sometimes confused things.... read more
