Die Thailänderin hat eine Model-Karriere in New York hinter sich und wurde für ihr Restaurant Kin Dee als erste Köchin Berlins mit einen Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnet. Die thailändische Küche kombiniert sie selbstbewusst mit Zutaten aus Brandenburg Statt Papaya gibt es bei ihr schon mal Kohlrabi.
