Game History Secrets - S01E01 - Lego's Cancelled Bionicle Game for PC & GameCube

Game History Secrets season 1 episode 1

Lego's Cancelled Bionicle Game for PC & GameCube

LEGO Bionicle: The Legend of Mata Nui was being developed by Saffire Corporation, and was made as a PC game with later plans of porting the game to the Nintendo GameCube. The title would have directly taken place after the events of LEGO Bionicle: Quest for the Toa for the Game Boy Advance (GBA), which was also made by Saffire. The game was cancelled after new management was brought in at the LEGO company, who opted instead to work with Argonaur Games to create BIONICLE: The Game, which released not only on the PC and GameCube, but also on the PlayStation 2 (PS2) and Xbox.
